Description Chubb is the world's largest publicly traded property and casualty insurer. Chubb Personal Risk Services, PRS, is seeking a Product Support and Implementation Manager to manage the print and rate execution of discretionary and compliance state changes. This role will work closely with Product Management, the Business Project Management Office, Legal, Product Development and Contract writers, IT and other areas to ensure product and rate projects are delivered on time and with high quality. This is a people leadership role, responsible for a team of Product Support and Implementation Analysts as well as the Rate and Composition team. Key Responsibilities: Analysis and feedback to Regional Product Managers (RPMs) and State Compliance Specialists on draft work requests for all product lines Analysis of compliance changes with recommendations considering Chubb product differences and policy issuance platforms, and potential impact to underwriters, agents, customers, and the service center Timely and accurate development of rate/rule text, any corresponding print, and any required filing documents by Product Support in response to product management work requests and compliance changes Timely and accurate delivery of updates for print changes (Compuset, DCF) and rate table updates by Composition/Rate according to project timeline handoffs for I/T development, testing and production Communications of product update implementations to customers, agents, underwriters, territory managers, service center and claims, in collaboration with marketing Accurate production releases Appropriate policy text revisions to comply with insurance department objections Thorough and accurate implementation instructions to I/T and composition Regular review and improvement of processes and standards in Product Support and Composition/Rate to achieve maximum productivity and consistency of updates by state Department collaboration and team work with State Compliance Specialists, I/T, State Filings, and Marketing including reviewing business requirements, responding to insurance department objections, and drafting of customer, producer and field communications as needed Project scheduling with Business Project Managers Thorough comprehension and understanding of product updates developed by Product Development and Contract writers for countrywide rollouts for all product lines Development of a strategic plan for the rollouts collaborating with Product Line Managers, RPMs, and Business Project Managers, optimizing resources within product development, composition and I/T Development and use of templates and processes for consistent and accurate filings and implementations Competencies: Understanding of PRS business strategy, underwriting, policies, and pricing methodology Basic knowledge of print and rating platforms Analytical abilities and ability to make connections and determine impact Ability to articulate (verbally and in writing) revisions to internal and external audiences including insurance departments, claims, underwriter and territory managers, I/T, agents and customers Ability to plan resource capacity by type and size of request for optimal productivity Demonstrated ability to produce results through the personal influence and the leveraging of new/existing relationships within a challenging and dynamic environment Effective communication skills - written and oral with an ability to work productively with team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines Strong listening and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to manage details Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, relevant job experience Proven track record of leading and managing teams including coaching, developing and motivating staff, in exempt and nonexempt roles Chubb strives to offer a diverse and inclusive and rewarding work environment.
